Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer's packaging, including all cables, remotes, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure a full refund.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
